ComplyNest maintains a running history of all licensing activity for each center. This includes license record edits, task completions, document uploads, and renewal date changes. Reviewing this history helps you confirm that nothing has been missed and provides a paper trail for inspections.
Where to Find License History
- Go to Licensing → Activity Log.
- Use the date range filter to narrow the period you want to review.
- Use the type filter to show only specific events (task completions, document uploads, record edits).
What the Activity Feed Shows
- Date and time of each action
- The team member who performed the action
- A description of what changed (for example, 'License expiration date updated to 2026-03-31')
- Attached documents or evidence linked to completed tasks
The activity log is read-only and cannot be edited or deleted. It serves as a tamper-evident compliance history for your center.
