Managing License Renewals for Multiple Centers

If your organization operates more than one childcare site, managing renewal timelines for each location can quickly become a coordination challenge. ComplyNest's multi-location licensing view gives you a single place to see renewal status across all of your centers.

How the Multi-Location View Works

From the Licensing section, you can switch from a single-center view to an All Locations view. This displays a table of all your centers with columns for license type, expiration date, days remaining, overdue task count, and readiness score.

Filtering to Find At-Risk Locations

Use the filter options to narrow the list to centers with renewals within 90 days, centers with overdue tasks, or centers with missing documents. These filters help you prioritize where attention is needed.

Exporting a Renewal Status Report

1. Go to Reports → Licensing Summary.
2. Select All Centers or choose specific locations.
3. Choose your date range.
4. Click Export as PDF or CSV.
