The ComplyNest dashboard is your compliance command center. Every time you log in, it gives you an at-a-glance picture of where your center stands across all active compliance areas. Each widget focuses on a specific part of your program.
Inspection Readiness Score
This is the headline number at the top of your dashboard. It reflects how complete and current your compliance data is across all active modules — licensing, staff credentials, safety tasks, and documents. A higher score means fewer gaps.
Licensing Status
Shows your license expiration date, days until renewal, and a count of outstanding licensing tasks. Items overdue or expiring within 30 days are highlighted in amber or red.
Ratio Compliance
Displays current ratios for each active classroom with a status badge: In Compliance, Warning, or Violation. Click a classroom to see its current staff and child counts.
Safety Tasks
A summary of upcoming and overdue safety tasks including fire drills, facility checks, and emergency plan reviews. Tasks due within 7 days are flagged.
Expiring Credentials
Lists staff credentials expiring in the next 60 days — CPR, First Aid, background checks, and more. Click any row to open that staff member's profile.
Missing Documents
Highlights compliance areas where a required document has not been uploaded yet, such as a signed fire inspection report or a current license copy.
