ComplyNest is modular. You choose which compliance areas are active for each center so the dashboard and readiness score only reflect what is relevant to your program. You can turn modules on or off at any time from your center settings.

Available Compliance Modules

  • Licensing & Renewals — tracks your license record, renewal deadlines, and required compliance tasks based on your state template.
  • Staff Training & Credentials — manages CPR, First Aid, background checks, mandated reporter training, and annual training hours for each employee.
  • Ratio Monitoring — monitors staff-to-child ratios by classroom and age group with real-time alerts.
  • Safety & Inspections — organizes fire drills, playground checks, facility reviews, emergency preparedness, and medication safety.
  • Document Vault — stores and categorizes all compliance documents with expiration tracking.
  • Reports — enables inspection packet exports, credential reports, and ratio history downloads.

How to Enable or Disable a Module

  1. Go to Settings → Compliance Areas.
  2. Select the center you want to configure.
  3. Toggle each module on or off using the switch next to its name.
  4. Click Save. The dashboard updates immediately.
We recommend enabling all modules from the start, even if some sections are not fully populated yet. This gives you a complete picture of what still needs attention.
