Dashboard Alerts

The dashboard's Expiring Credentials widget shows a list of staff members whose credentials will lapse within 60 days. Each row shows the staff name, credential type, and the exact expiration date. Click any row to open the credential record and take action.

The Missing Credentials Filter

Go to Staff Training → Missing Credentials to see a list of every staff member who is missing a required credential type. This view makes it easy to follow up with employees before an inspection.
