When an inspection is coming up — or you just want to confirm you are ready — ComplyNest can compile a comprehensive inspection packet summarizing your compliance status. The quality of the packet depends on how complete your data is, so it is worth filling in the key areas before you export.
What Goes Into the Packet
- Current license information and renewal status
- Completed licensing task checklist with evidence notes
- Staff credential records including CPR, First Aid, background checks, and training hours
- Safety task logs (fire drills, facility checks, playground inspections)
- Document Vault attachments linked to compliance items
- Ratio monitoring summary for active classrooms
- Open or recently resolved incidents (if applicable)
How to Export Your Packet
Once your data is filled in, go to Reports → Inspection Packet. Select the center, choose a date range if needed, and click Export as PDF. The packet is formatted for easy review by licensing inspectors or internal leadership.
Building Up to a Complete Packet
If you are new to ComplyNest, do not expect a perfect packet on day one. Focus first on uploading your current license, adding your staff and their credentials, and logging any recent safety tasks. Each item you complete raises your readiness score and improves the packet.
