- Overdue safety tasks — any task past its due date lowers the score.
- Tasks completed without required evidence — completing a task without attaching proof reduces its contribution to the score.
- Missing recurring tasks — if a recurring task has not been set up for a required safety activity, the score reflects that gap.
- Expired safety-related documents (for example, a fire inspection report that has passed its renewal date).
- Open follow-up tasks — hazards identified during checks that have not yet been resolved.
How to Improve Your Safety Score
Start with overdue tasks — completing them with evidence provides the biggest score improvement. Next, set up recurring tasks for any required activity you have not yet created in ComplyNest. Finally, review your Document Vault for expired safety documents and upload current versions.
